Denester racks and tray buffersThe Tray Denester Rack can be positioned at any suitable point on your line to allow fast, accurate denesting to take place. Easily adjusted to the exact height you need, it also readily integrates into your signalling system, giving full external control of de-nesting speed. An Automatic Tray Buffer will consistently feed a Tray Denester from a buffer of full height tray stacks. Total buffer length can be tailored to your precise needs. By reducing the number of occasions per hour or per shift on which refilling will be needed, it offers further savings on manpower. Both rack and buffer can be supplied as optional extras with your Tray Denester and are of easy-to-clean design. Either can be fitted with an optional no-tray/low-tray alarm. |

Portion & PackPortion & Pack is a complete tray-filling sub-system that takes product from your portioning system and delivers it in trays to your traysealer at up to 100 packs per minute. It includes a Tray Denester and an Automatic Tray Buffer. Designed for products such as minced beef or ground lamb, Portion & Pack avoids the need for manual handling of the product, is easy to clean and requires little maintenance. An integrated alarm notifies operators of any missing trays or portions. |
