Elevator Conveyors - Description

The SF Elevator conveyor is designed to be both hygienic and Robust. Features such as hinged side guards and hinged drip trays make washdowns a far simpler and more thorough proccess. Almost every part of the elevator can be customised to suit the customers or product needs. Including discharge chute, hopper, legs and supports, belt width and flight spacing. The two main types of Elevator each have their own advantages. Our new tubular type which has a completely open chasis of SCH 80 Pipe is becoming very popular for its washdown advantages. While our original panel type has an extremely robust design.

The modular belt design affords easy to access replacement parts, enabling the maintenance staff to easily complete scheduled maintenance, preventing costly production downtime.
