Ishida Atlas Snack Bagmakers offer strong seals and backseals of excellent appearance on a wide range of films. Advanced engineering underpins their film handling, pack loading and sealing systems, ensuring reliable and stable operation even at the highest speeds. The result is first-rate productivity with product and film waste sharply reduced. All models will integrate fully with any fast multihead weigher to deliver high efficiency packing. They integrate with Ishida bagmakers to form single-manufacturer systems with efficiencies of up to 99%.

  • Speeds up to 200bpm (Atlas 122) or 110bpm (Atlas 112)
  • Ishida Rotary Jaw motion, with high-pressure, anvil-knife sealing delivers quality seals, even at highest speeds

Ishida's Astro bagmaker is an ideal economic solution, designed exclusively for the snack food industry. Supplied as a stand-alone unit to interface with existing weighing equipment, or as part of a complete line, the Astro bagmaker offers a compact design that is an easy fit upgrade for existing lines.
